Counseling
Counseling can be provided in person or via Telehealth. Areas of focus include:

Self-Regulation training- to help the individual be able to better manage anxiety, depression, or any other elevated emotions.

I strive to assist families in developing individualized education plans (IEPs) for their children with disabilities. These services include:
